John Prinz
John Prinz’s teaching has been developed through his extensive experience as a principal dancer with New York City Ballet, under Balanchine, and American Ballet Theatre. He has been an international Ballet Master and teacher for many major ballet companies and schools in Europe and America including Modern and Jazz companies. Mr. Prinz believes that correct placement, articulate footwork and musicality are important when attained on a solid foundation of good training.
 
Rosanna Seravalli
Rosanna Seravalli joined the Joffrey Ballet in the United States from Florence, Italy. She then moved to America Ballet Theatre, where she spent the next eleven years, attaining the rank of Soloist. After leaving ABT, Ms. Seravalli joined the Conservatory of Dance Faculty at Purchase College. In 1984, she worked with the Cloud Gate Dance Theatre, and the National Institute of the Arts in Taiwan and taught at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. In addition, she has staged works and taught classes for Ballet Philippines, Ballet Municipal de Santiago and in her home country of Italy. She received a SUNY Research Foundation Grant to develop methods of adapting Russian classical training for American Dancers and in 1995 was a recipient of a Fulbright Fellowship to Chile. Ms. Seravalli has worked with the Guangdong Modern Company in Guangzhou, China and most recently she was invited to teach at the University of Melbourne. Ms. Seravalli is currently a tenured Professor of Dance in the Conservatory of Dance at Purchase College.
 
Lupe Serrano
Lupe Serrano had a distinguished performing career as leading ballerina with American Ballet Theatre for two decades. She began her teaching career at the University of Milwaukee and later served as Assistant Director at the National Academy of Dance in Illinois. In 1974 she joined the Pennsylvania Ballet as company teacher and head of the apprentice program. She also directed the school for eight years. In 1988 Ms. Serrano joined the Washington Ballet as Artistic Associate. She taught and coached the company and the advanced students. At present, Ms. Serrano teaches company class for American Ballet Theatre, A.B.T.’s Studio Company and the Metropolitan Opera dancers as part of her free lance activities.
